Ever since the arrest of the former prince Andrew, there has been interest in the whereabouts of his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson. Fergie, after all, was also mentioned in the Epstein files and would presumably be the one person with the most knowledge of Andrew’s dealings with the convicted sex offender. So, at the very least, people expect police to want to talk to her.

Fergie, however, has only been seen in public once since she and Andrew were evicted from Roya Lodge, and that was in December, when her granddaughter was baptized. Other than that, reports indicate she has spent the last few months abroad. A source told RadarOnline, “Sarah has very intentionally stepped back from public life, and make no mistake – if she wanted to be seen, she would find a way. This has been a very deliberate decision to remove herself from view while the situation around her continues to unfold.”

“She has been quietly moving between several secure and private locations, surrounding herself with people she trusts, including time spent in the United States with Priscilla Presley, where she feels both protected and able to reset emotionally away from the intense scrutiny in the UK,” the source added.

And it’s been very calculated, according to these insiders. “This is a full withdrawal from the public eye for now. Sarah’s priority is to stay out of the spotlight, avoid adding to the headlines, and give herself space to process everything that has happened without further pressure or attention,” the insider explained.

The same RadarOnline had previously reported that Fergie was “on the run” in the United States, trying to escape the questions from police. In the last few months, she has reportedly moved between the United Arab Emirates, Switzerland, the French Alps, and Ireland, and also stayed with Priscilla Presley in New York at one point.

“There is a growing sense that Sarah is trying to stay under the radar while also preparing herself for the possibility of being drawn back into the Epstein case,” an insider told the outlet. And all of this ties back to the fact that, “even if she has not been formally approached, the expectation that she could face questions at some stage is something she is very aware of.” That has “created an atmosphere where she feels she cannot fully settle or move forward, because there is always the chance that scrutiny could intensify again.”

Rob Shuter’s “Naughty But Nice” Substack reported recently that the reason Ferguson was hiding following Andrew’s arrest is the very distinct possibility that she could be next. “She has gone into the fire,” the insider said. “This isn’t a holiday. It’s survival. She will be arrested next if she returns to the UK.” The source added, “It’s only a matter of time — it’s inevitable.”

For now, the investigation into Andrew is ongoing and we don’t know what will happen next. But considering the Epstein files, we should probably assume that Ferguson will have to face questions from police sooner rather than later.
